Summary
This proposal is for the 2004 SAE Aero Design Radio Controlled Heavy Lift Cargo Plane. Upon the completion of this project, the team will participate in a competition in Fort Worth, Texas. The goal of the project is to design a radio controlled plane that can lift 2 to 3 times its own weight. The design should be of intermediate difficulty for construction, but still maximizing lift. Overall the goal is to compete and place well at the competition which will take place from June 18th to June 20th.
