Design Intent:
The goal of this project was to compete in the SAE MidWest Mini-Baja Competition.

Project Description:
This project entailed the detailed re-design of an existing Mini-Baja vehicle.
Utilizing an existing frame from a previous design group, the 1998 Design
Team developed a new braking system, suspension system, engine mount and
hitch mount.

Project Time Frame:
This project adhered to the Stevens Institute of Technology Mechanical
Engineering Senior Design Project Schedule. The Fall Semester of
1997 was used for design and analysis. The Spring 1998 Semester was
used for construction.
