SAM 2012 - Visa Information
General Information
All international attendees must have a valid passport. We would like to advise all participants, who may be required to apply for a visa, that the application process requires time and may take up to a few months. Please visit the U.S. Department of State website for full visa acquisition information: http://www.travel.state.gov/.
Electronic Invitation Letters
The SAM 2012 Organizing Committee provides an electronic invitation letter with the signature of the conference general chair. To make a request, please send an email with the following information to the Local Organization Chair Dr. Pu Wang at pwang4@stevens.edu. We will send you the official invitation letter in a PDF format via e-mail. Please kindly provide the following information in the request email:
- Full name
- Position (e.g., Prof., Ph.D. student, etc.)
- Affiliation
- Address with Zipcode
- Paper number
- Paper title
- Purpose for attending the SAM 2012 (e.g., present a paper, audit, exhibit, etc.)
