General Information
The closest hotel to the conference Venue is the W Hotel in Hoboken, followed by the Sheraton on the Hudson in Weehawken (with public transportation --- bus and light rail --- to Hoboken) and the properties in Newport, Jersey City (with public transportation --- PATH and light rail --- to Hoboken). The largest choice of hotels is located in Manhattan. Should you decide to stay in Manhattan we recommend a hotel near a PATH subway station. PATH trains run from Manhattan to Hoboken with stops at 33rd St, 23rd St, 14th St, 9th St (all along 6th Ave), Christopher Street (Blue Line), and World Trade Center (Green Line); see the PATH transportation map at the bottom of this page. If you are using a consolidator (like Priceline, Expedia, Orbitz, Hotwire, etc.) to book your room we recommend you choose a hotel in the following neighborhoods: Midtown West, Chelsea, West Village, or Financial District.
Visitors with a Car: We recommend you choose hotels in the New Jersey side. You can find more hotels in Jersey City, Union City, Weehawken, Secaucus, Edgewater, and Fort Lee.
Visitors need Public Transit: As stated in General Information, we recommend you choose the hotel in Hoboken, neighoring towns in New Jersey NOT beyond Jersey City, Union City and Weehawken, and Manhattan (New York), which are close to Light Rails and/or PATH stations.
