CSR at the DHS University Programs SummitCenter of Excellence in Port Security Represented at Washington Summit Conference
Maritime security experts from the National Center for Secure and Resilient Maritime Commerce (CSR), a DHS-designated Center of Excellence, will speak on port security issues in Washington, D.C. this week. CSR conducts multidisciplinary marine research and develops education initiatives in maritime resiliency impacting homeland security.
DHS Office of University Programs, sponsor of the Summit Conference, invited Stevens Institute of Technology President, Harold J. Raveche, as a keynote speaker. CSR Director, Michael Bruno of Stevens Institute of Technology, will deliver a plenary presentation and will moderate a panel discussion on marine transportation systems resiliency issues.
