The Freedom of Information Act is often confused in the lay person’s mind as a regulation which allows unfettered access to any and all data produced at an organization. THIS IS NOT THE CASE and university personnel should be aware that any requests for data supported by federal funding must be [Read more...] http://www.stevens.edu/ses/about/news_highlight.php?news_events_id=3754 http://www.stevens.edu/ses/about/news_highlight.php?news_events_id=3755 Our driver detecting technology is reported by the InsideScience and WCBS April 13, 2012

Recently, our driver detecting technology is reported by the InsideScience and WCBS 880 News. Systems Thinking focuses upon understanding the holistic properties of complex systems and, in particular, the dynamic relationships that arise in the interactions of multiple systems in operation. Systems Engineering has gained momentum during the latter part of the 20th century and has led to engineering related practices and standards that can be used in the life cycle management of complex systems. Systems Engineering focuses upon transforming the need for a system into a set of capabilties, requirements, functions or objects, that guides production of products [Read more...] http://www.stevens.edu/ses/about/news_highlight.php?news_events_id=3688 http://www.stevens.edu/ses/about/news_highlight.php?news_events_id=3678 Inflammation and bacterial infection research nabs win for Stevens student February 10, 2012

Click below to view pdf of published story. [Read more...] http://www.stevens.edu/ses/about/news_highlight.php?news_events_id=3678 http://www.stevens.edu/ses/about/news_highlight.php?news_events_id=3630 Stevens SSE Faculty Lead Efforts to Release Newest Version of the Worldwide Graduate Reference Curriculum for Systems Engineering "GRCSE 0.5" January 9, 2012

The Graduate Reference Curriculum for Systems Engineering (GRCSE™) is the first ever worldwide release of an "official" reference curriculum for a systems-centric master’s level program in systems engineering.
