Zvi AronsonBack

Dr. Aronson’s research is focused on the behavioral aspects of project leader and team performance, specifically on the role played by personal style and culture. The implications of his work include selection and training of individuals assigned to lead projects under varying uncertainty levels.

His research also demonstrates how to build a project culture, and how culture can be used as an informal lever, for motivating participants in project-based work.

Dr. Aronson’s work appears in several journals including R&D Management, the Journal of Engineering and Technology Management, the International Journal of Selection and Assessment, in numerous book chapters, and has been presented at over 20 conferences.

He is a member of the Academy of Management, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, American Psychological Society and his research contributions have led to various honors and awards, including the Outstanding Research Award, Howe School of Technology Management in consecutive years.
