Registration
Once you have received your acceptance letter, we encourage you to enroll on-line using Web for Students.
If you have not used Web for Students before, click here for some basic instructions on how to log in.
With Web for Students, students can view their own academic requirements and records, change their personal information, view grades and transcripts, view their account statement and make payments.
Web for Students is available Monday through Sunday 7:00AM to 4:45AM (EDT).
The schedule of classes is available at The Registrar's Schedule page.
Enrollment forms, in Adobe Acrobat format, are available for download at The Registrar's Form page.
Enrollment forms can be submitted to the Student Service Center (Fax: 201.216.8050) or The Registrar's Office (Fax: 201.216.8030).
Study Plans
An approved Study Plan is necessary for all students pursuing a degree, as only courses shown on your approved Study Plan will count toward your degree requirements.
Study Plan forms can be found in the Registrar's Forms page and need to be approved by your advisor.
Registration for classes in your first semester at Stevens is permitted without a Study Plan.
During the first semester you are expected to register in the core courses required for your degree, as shown in the Catalog, and/or in, any courses that were stipulated in your acceptance letter (students in School of Technology Management programs can defer the stipulated courses).
Please send approved Study Plans to the Registrar's Office (Fax: 201.216.8030) in order to enroll in future semesters.
You may modify your Study Plan at any time with the approval of your Faculty Advisor.

All full-time students will be charged for health insurance unless a waiver is applied for. Health Insurance is also available to all part-time students.
Information on the policy and waivers is available on the Web at http://www.universityhealthplans.com.
Health Services Requirements
All new full time students are required to fill out a Student Health Record Form.
More information can be found at the Health Services web site where you can find information on student immunization requirements and meningitis disease.
One of the many Stevens resources available to students is Health Services.
These services include health promotion and disease prevention, care during acute and chronic phases of illness, and referrals to outside providers when appropriate.
