If you should miss a scheduled quiz as a result of a medical illness, religious holiday observance, etc., it is your responsibility to see your professor for a proper excuse (please note that the Office of Student Life does not provide such excuses). In the case of illness, if you are a campus resident, it is also necessary for you to see the Health Services Office (in Jacobus) that same day, if it all possible, in order for your condition to be properly documented.
Each academic department has its own procedures to handle properly excused missed quizzes/tests. Please consult with the respective course coordinators for additional information concerning make-up quizzes, pro-rating policies, etc.
Should you have any questions, please contact the Undergraduate Academics Office or the Academic Support Center.
Tutoring is available from the Academic Support Center.

PEP111/PEP112 Make-Up Quiz
Note that we do not in general allow makeup quizzes for each individual quiz. If you miss one you can take the makeup quiz at the end of the term.
On the other hand if you have a legitimate (ie. Stevens program related) reason that will cause you to miss a quiz such as a team away game, you need to contact the instructor IN ADVANCE to make make arrangements for an early quiz. This policy is only for Stevens related activities.
