Request for a Previous Term Grade Report

Grade reports are normally generated and mailed out a few weeks after the end of a term. In order for a grade report to have been generated at that time, official grades must have been received for all graded sections in that term. Grade reports are addressed to the permanent address on file.

A hardcopy of your grade report from a previous term can be requested below, if it is available. If you need more than one term, it may be more practical to request a transcript. Grade reports will mailed to the permanent address on file (see Web For Students if you need to verify this address). Undergraduates cannot have their grade reports addressed to their Stevens Campus Box.
