The Institute will not divulge any professional, medical or evaluation data or information from the files relating to any identified faculty member without the express written consent of the individual. This provision shall not prohibit the publication of statistical information or other use of data in which no individual is specifically identified.
Written recommendations and comments pertaining to a faculty member's professional performance obtained on a confidential basis from sources outside the Institute may be kept confidential. |
