ATHLETICS (ACADEMIC YEAR 2012-13)
  • For the second time, Stevens was named the ECAC Institution of the Year for overall academic and athletic excellence. Stevens joined Princeton University and Williams College as the only institutions to win the award more than once
  • Simas Jarasunas, men’s swimming, became the first male national champion in Stevens history by winning the 100-yard breaststroke
  • Approximately 189 student-athletes qualified for the President’s List, achieving a 3.75 GPA or better for either the current semester or overall, combined over the fall 2012 and spring 2013 semesters
  • The average GPA during 2012-2013 for the 26 intercollegiate athletic teams was 3.226
