“Studying at Lorenzo de’ Medici in Florence, Italy was one of the most rewarding experiences of my academic career. The knowledge that I gained from my International Business courses complements my studies in Mechanical Engineering at Stevens extremely well. My professors were exceptionally engaging and excited about what they do, which was very motivating. In addition, the clubs and activities that LdM offers were very diverse and culturally enriching. I attended wine tastings, watched historical Italian movies, cooked gnocchi and cannoli, and went on adventures through the city of Florence with my peers. Weekend and spring break travels throughout Europe were fun and made me learn so much about the world and about myself. Studying abroad at LdM has given me a semester’s worth of experiences that I will never forget.”

“Being a transfer student I was determined to make new memories, create new friendships, and to experience the culture of my ancestors. Not only was the trip an eye opener for life outside New Jersey, I was able to experience it with people that I would have never been able to be close to without this class.”
