Jeanne Gray has been involved in entrepreneurship and small business through most of her career. Following her graduation from Cornell University and New York University where she received her MBA, Jeanne’s first venture (pre-internet) was the co-founding of a successful family business that provided design services and display manufacturing to the cosmetics industry. She next served as a COO in a local computer services company that she grew with the advent of the internet into a nationwide technical service company with clients such as Barnes & Noble, American Express and Coinstar. Soon after the sale of that company, she launched the first state centric media site for entrepreneurship in 2005, NJEntrepreneurship.com, which was honored by the US Small Business Administration in 2007. That site and other state entrepreneurial focused web sites (New York, Pennsylvania and others soon to follow) are now under American Entrepreneurship Today, a national web site for entrepreneurship that both supports and draws from each state’s entrepreneurial eco-system. Jeanne also consults to startup and early stage growth companies.
