SSE celebrates the graduation of Northrop Grumman Systems Engineering Master's Degree CohortNorthrop Grumman recently held a graduation ceremony in Manhattan Beach, California where twenty-one of its engineering employees graduated with Master's degrees in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Delivered on-site at the company's El Segundo, CA and Bethpage, NY facilities, the students completed Stevens Systems Engineering courses through the School's Systems Design and Operational Effectiveness (SDOE) program. Northrop Grumman's Engineering Vice President Frank Flores and Deputy John Casko were on hand to congratulate the graduates for their commitment to the ten-course on-site program. They were joined by SSE’s Dean Dinesh Verma, and Associate Provost & Distinguished Industy Professor Ralph Giffin.
Two groups of engineers from the company's Aerospace Systems divisions, Strike and Surveillance Systems Division (SSSD) and the Battle Management and Engagement Systems (BM & ES) division, completed the ten-course, 30-credit program, held in intensive weeklong modular formats.
