There’s no way you can do well unless you give yourself time to relax and have fun.” My Best Study Tip: “Always study by doing practice problems in the homework or given in recitation. Professors LOVE to repeat these questions on tests and quizzes.” My Time Management Strategy: “I try to get assignments started as soon as they are given. That way I can finish the easy ones quickly and have plenty of time to finish harder projects. Starting and finishing earlier also means that I have much more time to relax and go out and do the extra things I want to do.” Resources at Stevens I’ve Used: Office hours held by professors are an excellent resource. Going to office hours not only helps you clear up any questions you may have and help you get your work done, but it also lets the professor get to know you, which can and will definitely work out in your favor. What I Like Best About Stevens: “My favorite thing about Stevens is how small it is. I’m from a small town where everyone knows one another and that’s exactly what it’s like at Stevens, so I feel much more at home.” |
