Advice you’d like to share with the Incoming Class: The best advice I can give you is to manage your time as well as possible since time flies during the week and try to finish your work as soon as possible. Before you know it, it will pile on and you could be pulling all-nighters

MY BEST STUDY TIP: Try to form a study group for big tests like math or chemistry and try avoiding studying on the day before the test at all costs.

My Time Management Strategy: Try your best to stick to a certain time-table and every Monday try to plan your week ahead. Most classes have the homework posted online and you know when it’s due in advance, making it easier to plan your week. If you stick by it, I assure you you’ll be just fine.

Resources at Stevens I’ve Used: If you’re having trouble in a certain subject try going to the ASC Walk-In Tutoring Center since it’s very helpful especially for written math homework. You can also get a private tutor if you learn better that way. If not, the professors are more than willing to meet with you outside of class.

What Do You Like Best About Stevens? The smaller class size of Stevens is what I love the most since professors get to know you better and in addition, you meet and become close with a lot more students than you would imagine.
