HOBOKEN , N.J. — Albert Sisto, an alumnus of Stevens Institute of Technology, was recently appointed chairman of the board and interim CEO of Hifn, which provides security processors for the IC industry. Sisto has served as served as a director of Hifn since December 1998. From June 1999 until May 2006, Sisto was the president and chief executive officer of Phoenix Technologies Ltd., a provider of Internet platform-enabling software, where he also served as chairman of the board. From November 1997 to June 1999, he was chief operating officer of RSA Security, Inc. Sisto holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stevens.
