Stevens alumnus receives Engineer of the Year award
Paul Grosser’s environmental work is recognized by ACEC of N.Y.
HOBOKEN , N.J. — Paul Grosser, a distinguished environmental engineer and alumnus of Stevens Institute of Technology, has been recognized with the Engineer of the Year Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York . The award recognizes significant contributions to the consulting engineering profession and an individual’s community. It was given to Grosser for his work in developing and implementing environmentally sound and economically beneficial concepts.
Grosser has been credited with taking part in the creation, organization and realization of highly successful groundwater resource management programs for Long Island . He was instrumental in implanting and conducting a massive water study at the Suffolk County, N.Y., Department of Health Services.
Grosser is an active member of the Stevens Alumni Environmental Professionals.
