Stevens student receives PMK Group scholarship

Junior Daphne Aronovitz, an environmental engineering major, will receive $2,000

HOBOKEN , N.J. — Daphne Aronovitz, a junior at Stevens Institute of Technology, has been selected to receive a PMK Group Scholarship for Environmental Science and Engineering. Aronovitz is a resident of Fair Lawn , New Jersey . She is an environmental engineering major and has been named to Stevens’ Dean’s List.

Aronovitz is one of two PMK Group Scholars at private colleges and universities in New Jersey . The $2,000 scholarships are funded by PMK Group, Inc. and administered by the Independent College Fund of New Jersey (ICFNJ).

“We are happy to hear that Daphne has been awarded this scholarship,” said Dawn Da Silva, Director of Major Gifts at Stevens. “Please join the Stevens community in congratulating Daphne on her achievement.”

This year, PMK Group, Inc. distributed $4,000 for its scholarship program. In announcing the PMK Group Scholarships for Environmental Science and Engineering, Robert Gerard, Vice President, said, “PMK Group is honored to support education through partnerships with such organizations as the Independent College Fund of New Jersey. The availability of quality, affordable higher education at places like Stevens Institute of Technology is critical to establishing a talented, more diverse workforce.”
