Patrick M. Politz, Summit resident, honored by AICPA

Stevens Director of Sponsored Research joins 40-Year Honorary Member Club

HOBOKEN, N.J. — Summit, N.J., resident Patrick M. Politz, Director of Sponsored Research at Stevens Institute of Technology, has been honored by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) as a 40-Year Honorary Member for his four decades of distinguished service in the field of accounting and related professions. As an honorary AICPA member, Politz’ receives a special institute citation and his organization dues are waived for life.

“Patrick is a capable professional whose recognition by the AICPA sets a good example for others at Stevens,” said Dr. Helena Wisniewski, Stevens’ Vice President for Institute Technology Initiatives. “Patrick’s diligent work has clearly distinguished him within his area of expertise. On behalf of Stevens Institute, I congratulate Patrick on this recognition of his many years of professional service.”

Politz holds a Master of Science degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Science degree from Kings College, Wilkes Barre, Penn.
