The fleet has been dubbed the Harbor Emergency Response Organization, or HERO.

Howe Center at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, N.J., beginning at 8:18 a.m. Speakers will include Assemblyman Gordon M. Johnson, 37th District, who will represent the New Jersey Homeland Security and State Preparedness Committee, Lt. Commander Ernie Morton of the U.S. Coast Guard and Howard Butt from the N.J.
