Project
Manager John Lanza supervises
all significant capital construction activity on campus.
These include the renovations of classrooms, offices,
laboratories and equipment.
John acts as liaison between Stevens and external entities
such as architects, engineers and code officials.
He is the principal contact with the end user and the
community during construction and has the responsibility for
the project budget and schedule.
