The Stevens HAndbook of Research Processes (SHARP) is prepared to provide information and assistance to the campus on research-related processes. These processes respond to a variety of requirements and regulations imposed by funding entities; may be the result of the need to collect and report data; or respond to various institutional policies and procedures. As the name suggests, SHARPs typically address the need follow a specific process or procedure. Where there is a dynamic combination of actions needed in order to complete the process, i.e., the PI or Department acting in concert with OSR, then all related processes will be included in the SHARP.
