Stevens’ Schaefer School of Engineering and Science’s Online Master’s Programs Remain Top-Tier, According to 2024 National Rankings

Online engineering and computer information technology graduate programs maintain their No. 1 rank in New Jersey

Working engineers and technical professionals seeking to advance in their careers often do not have the flexibility to bolster their knowledge and skills in physical classroom settings. Access to graduate programs at the leading edge of technology, like machine learning and artificial intelligence, can’t be found at every university. Today more than ever, individuals are working and studying from home, and the Charles V. Schaefer, Jr. School of Engineering and Science (SES) at Stevens Institute of Technology is a rising choice for online master’s in engineering programs, according to the latest U.S. News and World Report.

Steven's online graduate offerings allow students to follow the same curriculum as their on-campus counterparts, with access to the same world-class faculty — 100% online. And according to the 2024 U.S. News Best Online Programs rankings, published today, Stevens Online graduate programs are among the best in the nation.

“We are proud of the continuing high reputation of our online programs — especially as online learning becomes more and more important,” said Rainer Martini, associate dean for graduate studies.
