Stevens Institute of Technology Professor and Founder of The One World Artists Group Leads Entertainment for Annual Red Ribbon Week Kick-Off

Five artists from David Musial’s Smart Trax Live group will be featured at the event on Tuesday, October 19 in Washington, D.C.

Hoboken, NJ – Five dynamic entertainers from New Jersey who are singer/songwriter/dancer-actors will provide the entertainment for the 2010 annual conference to kick-off the national Red Ribbon Week. They are members of Smart Trax Live, a positive message media company founded by Professor David Musial in 1993. The talent for this event includes: Manny & Joy Medina, Kevin Orsino, Brady Cudmore, and Londell Wilson.

The DEA Red Ribbon Rally will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.  The rally will be attended by approximately 300 DEA employees and invited guests.  The guest speaker at the rally will be Mr. Gil Kerlikowske, Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy.  In his position, Mr. Kerlikowske coordinates all aspects of federal drug control programs and implements the President’s National Drug Control Strategy.  In addition to performances by local youth/young adult groups, we will also recognize the elementary and middle school winners of the DEA Red Ribbon Bookmark Contest, as well as announce the recipient of the 2010 DEA Community Drug Prevention Award.
