President’s Distinguished Lecture Series featuring Norman Augustine

The inaugural President’s Distinguished Lecture Series event will feature Mr. Norman Augustine, who has been a monumental force in U.S. science and technology industry, policy, research and education. Mr. Augustine has served our country in many noteworthy positions, including as under secretary and acting secretary of the Army, chairman and CEO of Martin Marietta Corporation and of Lockheed Martin, chairman of the National Academy of Engineering, the American Red Cross, and the Aerospace Industries Association, president of the Boy Scouts of America, and member of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. The lecture will take place at 3 p.m. in the DeBaun Auditorium. Learn more at
