ABSTRACT:  This special session is organized in advance of the general session for all Stevens people. It is designed for professors and instructors who are using or plan to use Matlab in their courses.

TOPICS REQUESTED:

  • GPU parallel programming for Finance
  • Interconnectivity protocols between computers
  • Database access (SQL, OneTick, etc.)

This session should provide an opportunity for our Stevens Faculty in Howe school and SSE school to appreciate the Lab and the facility it provides in the context of Matlab applications. We shall also inquire about usefulness of packages (toolboxes) which are not currently available through the Stevens site license.

This session is organized with the help of Tom McHugh (Tom.McHugh@mathworks.com )
