If you would like us to co-sponsor an outdoor movie, please be aware of the following guidelines:
- We will not show outdoor movies between October 1st and April 1st, since the cold weather is damaging to the equipment
- Please contact us at least one month in advance to the expected day of the event. You should contact us before you make any other arrangements.
- We must know the date, start time, and movie being played before we will make any agreement.
- We will not show an outdoor movie on the same night we are showing a movie in Burchard, nor will we show an outdoor movie that we are already playing during the semester.
- We only provide the technical equipment necessary to show an outdoor movie. It is the responsibility of the organization planning the event to get a legally licenced copy of the movie (preferably on DVD) and reserve Palmer Lawn/Bissinger Room.
