Location

Two printers are located in the Library on the first floor; one is located outside of Sam's Place and one is located on the north (blue) wall.  These printers both print and copy.

Paying for Prints and Photocopies

Black & white prints and photocopies cost $0.04 per page.  Color prints & copies cost $0.40 per page.

Patrons can pay for prints/photocopies with their Stevens i.d. cards. Money can be added to an i.d. card with the swipe machine adjacent to the first-floor photocopiers. Instructions are on the machine.

Patrons can also add funds (DuckBill$) to their i.d. cards by using the Stevens ID Card Office online account management website.

Patrons without a Stevens photo i.d. can use the swipe machine to purchase a copy card for $2.00. This purchase fee does not cover the cost of prints/photocopies. Additional money must be added to the card in order to make copies.

The library does not provide refunds for prints/copies.

• Paper sizes: 8.5 x 11, 8.5 x 14, and 11 x 17 (Please ask the Circulation Services desk attendant for the 11 x 17 paper).

Department Cards

Departments or grant groups may purchase a print/copy card charged with a large amount ($100 or more) by contacting James Cunningham (ext. 5202) in the Information Technology Department.

Printing

One printer is located outside of Sam's Place; the other printer is located on the north (blue) wall. A Stevens ID card or a guest copy/printing card + value is required for printing. You may add value to your card at the machine located near the library photocopiers or by adding funds (DuckBill$) to your i.d. card by using the Stevens ID Card Office online account management website. The cost of printing is $0.04 per page. Printing to the color printer costs $0.40 per page. If you have questions about printing, ask a Circulation Services desk attendant or a Reference and Research Services Librarian for assistance.
