Please fill out the following form to request an Interlibrary Loan Deposit Account. An initial deposit of $25 is required to open a deposit account, and the payment must be sent to the InterLibrary Loan Department. Upon receiving your deposit, your account will be activated and you will be notified that you can begin to order articles online.
