 November 14, 2009Library Concert Series For the third installment of the 2009-2010 Library Concert Series, DeBaun Center for Performing Arts, in association with the Samuel C. Williams Library, is proud to present the Piano Students Fall Concert on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 8 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Samuel C. Williams Library.
The concert will feature piano students of the Dieckow School of Music, under the direction of Phillip Dieckow Artist-in-Residence in Piano at DeBaun Center for Performing Arts. The performing piano students include James Burkle, Nicholas Capalbo, Derrick Chua, Joel Condon, Allyson Mackavage, Frank Riccobono with a special guest performance by Da Wei Hou on cello. The evening will be filled with music from composers such as Beethoven, Brahms, Chopin, Liszt, Mozart, and Mussourgsky. It will also include a special piece by Saint-Saens written for 4 hands and cello.
