Reserving A Room:

By using the Jacobus online room reservation system you agree to follow the polices set by JAB and the Jacobus Managers as given on the policies page. Additionally, please create the online reservation at least 24 hours before the event, to allow time for approval. Finally, if you are having difficulty making a reservation, look to the help or walkthrough for assistance.

Before you will be able to swipe into the second floor conference rooms in Jacobus, you need to fill out the Acess Agreement, available online via your pipeline user name and password or as a paper form that is to be submitted to JAB either in person or by sliding it under door of the SGA office on the second floor.
