Import Contacts To Webmail From Pipeline

This guide will show you how to export your contacts from Pipeline into Webmail. Please follow the guide carefully.
NOTE: It is not possible to export Pipeline Groups to Webmail.
Step 1: Export contacts
1.
- Go to http://www.stevens.edu/messagecenter/addressbook and log in with your Stevens username and Pipeline password.
- You will be prompted to download your contacts in CSV (Comma-Separated Values) format. Save this file on your machine.
If you are using the Basic Interface, follow the Step 2: Import contacts to Webmail (Basic Interface), otherwise use the Step 2: Import contacts to Webmail (Advanced Interface) section.
Step 2: Import contacts to Webmail (Basic Interface)

- Return to the http://www.stevens.edu/mystevens page.
- Click on the "Webmail" icon.
- In webmail click on Addresses.

- Click Import in the left-side menu.

- Click the Browse button to choose the .csv file you saved from the message center.

- Be sure that all the field names match the category on the left. The default values may not be the same as what you want.
- Click Import Entries after you have checked the field names.
You should receive a message that your contacts were imported successfully.
Step 2: Import contacts to Webmail (Advanced Interface)

- Return to the http://www.stevens.edu/mystevens page.
- Click on the "Webmail" icon.
- In webmail click the Address Book icon.

- Click the Import File button.

- Click the Browse button to choose the .csv file you saved from the message center.
- Click Import File.

- Be sure that all the field names match the category on the left. The default values may not be the same as what you want.
- Click Import Entries after you have checked the field names.
