General Information
The Computer Service Center (CSC) handles purchases and repairs of computers bought through the Information Technology Department. This includes Stevens-issued student computers.
Computer Repairs & Pickup
Computers can be dropped off for repairs during normal CSC hours. Users will be contacted via phone when repairs have been completed. Fixed computers can be picked up during the normal business hours of the Help Desk.
Hours of Operation
- Monday - Friday: 9AM - 5PM
