The ITwiki was created in July of 2006 by Kevin Winter, who proposed that the Information Technology Department convert its static documentation website to a dynamic one to help increase and refine the documentation given to the Stevens Community.
After a year of being in Beta, the ITwiki was taken over by Eric Mills and brought up to date. In June of 2007, the ITwiki was taken out of beta and became the offical documentation website of the Information Technology Department.
The ITwiki receives major updates every summer by the incoming ITCs but is updated constantly throughout the year due to its dynamic nature.
