The Stevens Information Technology Helpdesk troubleshoots and configures software for Campus users.
Location
The Helpdesk is located in the basement of the SC Williams Library.
Hours of Operation
- Monday-Thursday: 8am - 10:30pm
- Friday: 8am - 7:30pm
- Saturday: 9:30am - 5:00pm
- Sunday: 12pm - 7:30pm

Tickets
The Information Technology Department uses a ticketing system in order to keep track of current user problems. You may create your own trouble ticket by logging into helpdesk.stevens.edu with your Pipeline Credentials. Please include your contact information and as much information as possible about your problem and the machine you are using.
