General Information
Dr. Ginsberg was formally with the Sandoz Pharmaceutical Company (now Novartis) where he was Vice President of Research Operations and Planning. He was on the faculty of the Columbia University, teaching courses in public health management and in quantitative decision making. He has also been a member of the scientific staff of the Rand Corp. and Director of Management Systems and Audit at the Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York.
