Siwen Yang is a doctoral student at the Howe School, Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ, USA. Her research focuses on project management process models. Specifically, she is interested in finding the opportunities and challenges that Agile process models bring for projects. Particularly, she studies on the conceptual differences between Agile and non-agile process models and how they are related to employee job satisfaction.
