Hammond Hall

married couples or children and therefore they cannot be permitted to reside in them.
Hammond Hall is a classic Hoboken brownstone located at 1036 Park Avenue. It is
one of three buildings providing off campus housing for MALE graduate students. There
are two triple rooms on the second and third floors and six single rooms in the building.
There is a common kitchen and dining room on the first floor along with refrigerators and
a TV with cable access. Coin operated washing and drying machines are on the third floor for your
convenience. Each room has:
- Oversized single bed(s) with innerspring mattresses
- Desk(s), chair(s), chest(s), dresser(s), closet(s)
- Window blinds
- Wall to wall carpeting
- Internet access
- Large size refrigerators in the common kitchen area
