TICKET POLICYOFFICE OF GRADUATE ACTIVITIES
- Tickets become available anywhere from 1-2 weeks prior to the event. Please check the event calendar located at www.stevens.edu/grab/events/
- All off-campus events and tickets are exclusively for GRADUATE Students of Stevens Institute of Technology.
The Office of Graduate Activities subsidizes ticket costs from our budget, which is funded by the Graduate Student Activities Fee. - All requests are processed by the registration page on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Once all spots for a trip are filled, names are placed on a waiting list. Spots almost always open up, sometimes up to an hour before the event due to last minute cancellations. If you hear that an event is sold-out, email us anyway! There is a chance you may still be able to go. - Requests can only be made for yourself, and you must register using your Stevens e-mail account.
Please do not request for more than tickets then noted on the website, or for someone other than yourself. When you pick up your ticket, you must present your Stevens ID. - Should you receive a ticket and not attend your account will be charged.
If you receive a spot for an event, the email sent as a confirmation is a binding agreement. Only documented emergencies will allow you to cancel your tickets. Your student account will be charged the full price of the tickets.
