The Stevens Institute of Technology Formula SAE team is comprised of students from a variety of majors, joined together with a common interest of designing, building, and testing one-off, open-wheel racecars. Formula SAE is a competition held by the Society of Automotive Engineers, on a yearly basis, attended by universities and colleges from around the world. At competition, teams and their cars are judged on their design, performance and cost.
