    Student Guide

    The 2004-2005 Student Guide for Financial Aid for award year July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005 has been added to the U.S. Department of Education's web site at http://studentaid.ed.gov/students/publications/student_guide/index.html. The Student Guide is the most comprehensive resource on student financial aid from the U.S. Department of Education. Grants, loans, and work-study are the three major forms of student financial aid available through the federal Student Financial Assistance Programs. Updated each award year, the Student Guide tells you about the programs and how to apply for them.

    NJHESAA

    Through NJHESAA, students can access all the programs and services offered to assist them in attaining their higher education goals. As part of the "one stop shopping" philosophy of service advanced by NJHESAA, the agency serves as the administrator of one of the most comprehensive tuition aid programs (TAG) in the nation, and administers an array of merit-based and specialized student assistance programs. NJHESAA also serves as the lender for the state supplemental student loan program (NJCLASS), and administers the State's college savings program (NJBEST).

    FinAid® is a free, comprehensive, objective, and independent guide to all student financial aid resources on the web. It includes numerous home-grown resources such as financial aid calculators, an overview of financial aid, scam alerts, a glossary, a bibliography, and a searchable Title IV School Code database, in addition to annotated links to more than 500 external financial aid sites.
