ticket request policy!

  • Tickets become available anywhere from 1-2 weeks prior to the event. Availability dates can be found in many places

  • Pipeline, our website, flyers, The Stute, etc.
    Make sure to keep checking these places to see when tickets will be available.

  • All off-campus events and tickets are exclusively for UNDERGRADUATE Students of Stevens Institute of Technology.
    The EC subsidizes ticket and transportation costs from our budget, which is funded by the Undergraduate Student Activities Fee. Students are urged to use transportation provided by EC.

  • All requests are processed by the registration page on a first-come, first-serve basis.
    Once all spots for a trip are filled, names are placed on a waiting list. Spots almost always open up, sometimes up to an hour before we leave campus due to last minute cancellations. If you hear that an event is sold-out, email us anyway! There is a chance you may still be able to go.

  • Requests can only be made for yourself, and you must register using your Stevens e-mail account.
    Please do not request for more than 1 ticket, or for someone other than yourself. When you pick up your ticket, you must present your Stevens ID.
  • Should you receive a ticket and not attend your account may be charged.
    If you receive a spot for an event and do not give advanced notification to the trip coordinator or arrive at the designated meeting place to attend the trip, your student account will be charged the price of the trip.
