Following the tradition of invention and entrepreneurship established by the Stevens family of Hoboken, New Jersey, Stevens' Inventor's Handbook is presented as a guide to encourage the cultivation of knowledge creation and technology innovation in the field of engineering.

It contains basic information on patents, intellectual property rights, invention disclosureinventor's notebook guidelines, marketing, collegiate competitions and other resources.
