              Research

The undergraduate program offers opportunities for study and research that grounds students in the fundamentals of the discipline while preparing graduates for current industry trends and future growth areas in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to traditional MS and PhD degrees, several unique Masters-level Certificate and Degree programs provide specialized preparation and training, including Integrated Product Development (IPD), Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Engineering (PME), and Product Architecture and Engineering (PAE).

Undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students work alongside visiting scholars and faculty conducting research to advance the field of Mechanical Engineering.
