Edwin A. Stevens and his family were philanthropists and visionaries. They had one vision for an unparalleled technology institute inspired by their innovations in engineering. Through their one gift of a generous contribution of land and funds bestowed upon Edwin’s death in 1868, the Stevens Institute of Technology was established.
For over 140 years, Stevens has inspired inventiveness in thousands of accomplished engineers, innovators, and entrepreneurs because of one family with one vision.
