Tom has over 20 years experience helping startups and Fortune 500 companies build successful businesses. Most recently, Tom was CEO of PhoneSpots, an early innovator and international provider of mobile local search content and advertising solutions for Yellow Page and Directory Assistance (411) operators. Prior to PhoneSpots, Mr. Arthur served as President and CEO of Arbor Networks, a leading network security company focused on detecting, tracing and mitigating denial-of-service and worm attacks against service provider and large enterprise infrastructure. Prior to Arbor Networks, Mr. Arthur was President of ActivCard Inc., where he grew the company from $3m annual revenues to over $34m culminating in a successful IPO. From 1988 to 1998, Tom served in various sales, marketing and general management roles for Novell Inc. His last position was VP and GM of Novell's Internet Infrastructure Division. Tom holds a BS from the University of California at Davis.
