The Conference Record was available in draft form in CD-ROM at the Conference. This did not include many presentations.

Until 19 February, we are accepting contributions from registered attendees, and we are assembling contributions made during the conference such as softcopy of presentations.

We will provide the Final Conference Record by 19 March 2010 to all registered attendees.
