Stevens has arranged for a 3 year limited warranty with Epson to provide
service on four models of Epson printers.
If you have an Epson C42UX, a C580, or a Stylus C64 printer you
may call toll free 1-800-256-4778 and use the Epson unit ID number, 6039584.
If you have an Epson C40UX printer you may call toll free 1-800-256-4778 and
use the Epson unit ID number, 7082255.
Follow the prompts in the telephone menu system. Do not submit any warranty
registration forms for your printer; Stevens Institute has already registered your
printer with Epson.
